In an interview, she said this:

"Not a lot of journalists are sending our message from Palestine to the world, so I thought, 'why not send my message and show them the real happening in my village' ". Janna told Al Jazeera

The death of her cousin, Mustafa Tamimi and her uncle, Rushdi Tamimi -  made her more strong and brave, it serves as a trigger to document everything was is happening in Nabi Saleh. The encouragement and support she get from his family and friends made her continue to work as a journalist.

Bilal Tamimi, Janna's Uncle, is a Documentary Photographer. He documented all the violence of Israeli soldiers in Nabeh Salih. Janna was partly inspired by him.

What struck me most about this courageous and brave little girl, is the way she look at the world --- PINK!
"I wish to leave in peace, without killing or death, like all the children of the world".

Inshallah, Allah bless you Janna.
Praying for you and your country always.
