Hon. Mayor Zigfred Povadora "Dodong" Duterte from the town of Tabogon, Northern Cebu, is the doppelganger of President-elect Duterte.
According to Mayor Duterte, the President-elect Duterte is his third degree uncle. His grandfather Ignacio Duterte was the first degree cousin of Digong's father Vicente.
