Imagine you could freeze frame life to take a breath, just press the pause button for a while to have a break from battling with this or that.
You know, just like walking out of a room and on to a balcony to see a great view, a stunning view. And it stops.
Life is frozen and you're taking time out to just admire the view. Just ten minutes out of it, just paused for long enough so that you can simply be with what is, always there, silently.
Imagine taking the remote control and pressing that pause button. It's a golden opportunity for you to see clearly, to take time out from battling with life.
Freeze frame life when you need to.
